Returns & Exchanges

At Spiral, we want you to love your fashion finds, but if something isn't quite right, you can return or exchange any unworn items within 30 days of delivery. Our goal is to ensure your wardrobe is a perfect reflection of your style with a seamless and transparent return process.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Log into our online portal with your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

• 2.
  Package Your Items

  Place the original items in their original packaging with all tags attached to ensure they remain protected during transit.

• 3.
  Affix the Label

  Download and print your prepaid shipping label from the portal and securely attach it to the outside of your return package.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Track

  Leave your package at any authorized carrier location and keep your tracking receipt; we will process your refund or exchange once it arrives at our warehouse.
